1. Reading a Book before Bed instead of reading on my iPhone or iPad.
2. Drinking a cup of Sleepy time tea.
3. Using a diffuser, I like diffusing peppermint essential oil when I am falling asleep.
4. Walking, running or any exercise during the day will help with sleeping deeper.
5. Knowing that sleep is important, we need 8-10 hours of sleep EACH night, so take the time to do so.
I'm a work in progress when it comes to sleeping well but this is what I've learned so far.
