summer goals and rules


Hey all, I hope you all are having a bright and brilliant summer! Last summer was full of adventures and  travels, but this summer has/will be a much slower and quieter one. So I decided to set some goals and rules for this summer. My goal is to make a new recipe every week! So far starting as of June, I have made a new type of whole wheat bread, home made cheez-its, Maple Sticky Biscuits, and lemon cookies! So far everything has been yummy! 

My rules for this summer are...

 1. be optimistic!
    2. try new things!
3. be happy (:

Green Smoothies

Yummy green sweet breakfast!



This morning I woke my sister Laura up by saying,
"I made you breakfast but I want to take your picture before you have it!"




                 Green Smoothie 

2 cups frozen pineapple         
2 cups chopped kale
1 apple peeled and sliced   
1 cup water 
2 Tablespoons honey 

Combine all ingredients together in a blender; blend together for 4-5 min. and it is ready to drink!
